My name is Ella Gaona, and I founded Take It From Here Events.

I established this business in 2021 after my friend hired me as her wedding planner, stylist, and day-of coordinator. This experience inspired me to pursue event planning professionally, and I am grateful for the opportunity to do so.

My passion for party planning began when I was pregnant with my daughter, Audrey. As I planned my baby shower, I discovered how much I enjoyed the creative process. Since then, I have planned events for friends and family, including birthdays, micro weddings, engagement parties, bachelorette parties, and intimate gatherings.

My hospitality, sales, and management background has given me a keen eye for detail, which I bring to each event. I work tirelessly to bring my client's vision to life while adding my personal touch to each event. I enjoy getting to know my clients personally and professionally and am committed to making their special day unforgettable.

My boyfriend, Christian, also helps me with the business. He is known as Mr. Build It From Here and builds most of my inventory. His expertise has allowed him to start his own company, where he builds inventory for others in and outside this industry.

Together, we are dedicated to growing our business in this industry, and we look forward to taking you all along for the ride.
